Born in 1969 in Istanbul to an obstetrician father and a pediatrician mother, he earned his junior high school and high school diplomas in Nicosia Turk Maarif School. Graduated from Cerrahpaşa Medical School of Istanbul University in 1993. Worked for Royal Free and St. George hospitals in England. Studied at Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic of Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital to be a qualified specialist. Married with a daughter, he is working as a surgeon specialized in aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery in his own clinic
