You have the right to unconditionally return or replace all products and services you have purchased from Everest Assistance with another product within 3 (three) days from the invoice date.
In order for us to start your return process, you must send your order number to “info@everestmedicalservice.com” with your order and contact us.
After your e-mail reaches us, our customer representative will contact you as soon as possible.
In order for us to process your product returns;
• The products to be returned must be with their original box or packaging.
• The return of products whose original box or packaging is damaged, which has lost its re-saleability feature and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
• You must return the original invoices (all copies you have) together with the product you wish to return.
• The service phase processes should not start for the service you want to return.
Instead of the returned product, another product of your choice can be sent or the cost of the product can be refunded to your credit card. You will be responsible for the transportation costs incurred due to the return.
